EUI webinar examines how the 2001 regulation permitting public access to documents has impacted transparency within the EU.
This public online event is organised by the Academy of Finland-funded TrUE research project in collaboration with the Open Government in the EU blog. It brings together practitioners, civil society representatives, and academics to reflect on the first two decades and future of the EU’s first access to documents law. Recent TrUE workshop now online
On 18 February, the TrUE project webinar “Challenging the European institutions on transparency: Analysing Leino-Sandberg v Parliament and two Ombudsman complaints” was held, with speakers Päivi Leino-Sandberg, Benjamin Bodson, and Maarten Hillebrandt.
